Gary and I have lived in Southern California our entire lives. We started like many in an apartment and have since bought, built and sold multiple homes in many neighborhoods for personal and investment purposes. Our boys attend Temecula public schools and we are proud to be involved in such a high performing school district. We have both had our real estate licenses (01240571/01235358) since 1998 and we have been selling full time since. We are excited to help relocate clients into the area along with helping current homeowners obtain their real estate goals. With 18+ years of real estate experience, we are a great asset to anyone buying or selling a house, land, condo, town home, custom home, etc.
We are involved with many school, professional and charitable organizations. Our family is a member of Rancho Community Church. We are members of the Southwest Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Century 21 Wright and the CRMLS.
We have experience in all types of sales- standard sales, short sales, foreclosure sales, probate sales, divorce situations, renter occupied sales. You name it…we’ve dealt with it and professionally with successful outcome.
Please call April at (951) 522-0518 or Gary at (951) 522-6308 and we can help answer any questions about how we can assist you. We’d love to help!

Hi there! My name is Alyssa Bricker and I have lived in Temecula since the early 1990s. My husband and I and both teachers and her are interested in buying some property in Glen Oaks hills and building a modular home. We are interested in more information regaring rules and regulations, as well as more info on the community! We are interested in building our forever home out there! My parents live out there already and they love it. Thank you

Hi Alyssa we’d love to talk to you about your plans. However one thing about Glenaak Hills proper is that you’re only allowed to build a custom stick-built home with a unique set of plans and an architectural stamp. There are plenty of other areas though where you can have a manufactured or modular home built on your own lot. Just give me a little more detail at april@teamgreer.com!
